McKean’s program management processes include a critical first step in which we listen to customers as they describe their challenges – and their pain points. This is the cornerstone of our approach to the development of customer ownership in the technology solution strategies.
Based on these initial discussions, we create a support team of McKean staff with experience in the customer’s mission environment including technical experts who understand the relevant technology tools and methods. Using proven change management methods we analyze needs, review current processes, identify gaps, evaluate marketplace solutions (which could include applying new technology, restructuring training to achieve new performance or modifying work methods to show process improvements), and prepare cost/benefit analyses on the defined recommendations.
