Welcome to McKean.
When we opened our doors in 2006, our desire was to blend the best of what we had experienced in larger companies, with the service and dedication we knew a smaller firm could provide.
Experience creates a strong foundation, and our management team has a collective history of over 150 years in the industry. This means a deeper understanding of how to motivate individuals to succeed for our customer. In turn, we’ve recognized that loyalty by creating robust benefits and staff development programs for our employees.
At the same time, we’re a young company with entrepreneural spirit, creativity and flexibility. Our goal has always been to establish a workplace that allowed those traits to be channeled into great work for our customers. At McKean, we roll up our sleeves and work alongside our customers. We reinforce ownership in the work we do, which empowers our staff to make suggestions, feel committed and advance the “big ideas.” At the end of the day, we all have a stake in the work we do.
